Q – Can i get my Christmas order delivered

A – We are unable to deliver your Christmas orders this year.

     However you can still order online and collect.

Q – How do I place my first order?

Step 1 – Enter your details to create your own personal account with unique username and password.

Step 2 – Select products to add to your shopping cart.

Step 3 – When you are finished your shopping select desired shipping method.

Step 4 – Once you check out you will be brought to our secure Paypal account. Credit card details are entered at this point.

Q – How is my order prepared?

All orders are prepared and packed in Wilsons retail shop by our craft butchers.

Q – When is my order delivered?

Q – How is my order delivered?

Evening and Saturday deliveries are delivered by Wilsons in a refrigerated van.

Nationwide daily deliveries are delivered by our courier dpd in our temperature controlled packaging.

Q – Can I choose the day my order is delivered?

Yes. If you have a certain day you want the delivery to arrive let us know on the comment section during check out. Otherwise delivery will arrive as per the schedule (see delivery and collection).

Q – When my order arrives how long will it keep?

Deliveries arrive in temperature controlled packaging. The contents will remain at the correct temperature for 24hours if unopened. Once the package is opened the meat must be refrigerated. Each individual product will be labelled and will have a use by date between 3 – 5 days.

Q – Can i freeze my order?

Yes. All meat is fresh and can be frozen.

Q – What happens if I am not home when the delivery arrives?

If you are not at the delivery/ship to address when the courier arrives he will leave a card with the address of the depot so you can pick your order up later that day.

The customer will receive a text message the morning of the delivery with a 3 hour window. This message also acts as a reminder.

If the customer thinks they may not be present for delivery the courier can leave the package with a neighbour or in a safe place. If you do wish to avail of this service please leave the relevant information in the comment box when checking out.

Q – Can I place an order as a gift to be delivered to a 3rd party?

Yes. You can order and pay for meat to be delivered to a third party. When checking out put the address that the order is to be delivered to in the ship to section.

Q – Where can I get my order delivered to?

Orders can be delivered anywhere in Ireland to work, home or a neighbours.

Q – How do I make payment?

Payment is made by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) on check out.

Q – Are my details secure?

Yes we us Paypal the best and most secure method of payment online. We will not store any of your credit card details.
